Cancel an order?
To cancel a recent order (placed in less than 48 hours), you can contact us by email quebrando.ads@gmail.com and we will cancel it and refund you immediately.
If the 48 hour period is exceeded, it means that the order has probably already left our warehouse. Please contact us via email to find a solution.
Modify an order?

Apply a discount coupon?
Gawn Usa welcomes you and offers you a 10% discount on your first purchase. Simply enter coupon code WELCOME10 on the checkout page and the discount will be applied automatically.
If you have another coupon, you can enter the coupon code on the checkout page before completing your order.
Delivery time?
Our delivery time is 10 to 15 working days after the shipment of your order.
Delivery time exceeded and you still haven't received your order?

Did you receive only one item out of two orders?

The tracking code does not work?
Tracking information takes a little time to update on the order tracking website. Please try again in a few days and you will have new information on the shipping status of your order. If the opposite happens and no new information appears, contact us by email at: quebrando.ads@gmail.com.
Order marked as delivered! but you didn't receive anything!
If the tracking code on your package indicates that your order has been delivered when you have not received anything.
Your package may have been picked up by someone around you.
You can also ask your neighbors if they didn't receive it by mistake.
If you have not found it, you will have to go to the nearest post office and ask for the tracking number of your order.
